Matric Valediction 2015
Matriculants of Sagewood College had their Valediction ceremony on Wednesday 14th October.
This was an amazing but bittersweet occasion as there were a lot of reflection, reminiscing and learners bidding farewell to their teachers whom they have spent a considerable number of years together.
Mr Brian Dawson (Acting Executive Officer) and Mrs Ingrid Meyer both delivered very riveting and inspiring speeches that motivated learners to work harder in order to achieve their goals in life.
The Head girl -Mbali Makhanya and Head boy- Matthew Baxter each presented a moving farewell speech on their journey as student leaders. They shared all special moment, tough times they encountered and conquered.
Learners were honoured for their achievements with certificates and trophies. The junior grades accorded the Grade 12's a special Guard of Honour.
